These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through the online shop of KAIROS GbR (Anzlgutstraße 49, 81735 München, Germany).

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products in cases of suspected misuse, resale, or violation of these Terms.

  • By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

  • A purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.

  • We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or description.

 


 

4. Prices & Payment

 

 

  • All prices shown in the shop include applicable VAT (where required by law) and are displayed in Euro (€).

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Payment is due immediately upon order and may be made through the payment options provided at checkout.

 


 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

 

  • We ship orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Delays due to external factors (such as customs or logistics) are not our responsibility.

  • The risk of accidental loss or damage to goods passes to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

 


 

6. Returns & Refunds

 

 

  • Customers have the right to return only unopened and sealed packages within 14 days of delivery.

  • Opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

7. Liability

 

 

  • We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

  • Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. lost profits).
