How long does the flavor usually last?
The flavor duration depends on how you use your pick. If you’re an intense chewer, you’ll probably enjoy around 5–10 minutes of strong flavor. For those who take it slower, expect a more gradual taste that lasts about 10–20 minutes. No matter your style, every pick delivers a satisfying and flavorful experience.
My toothpicks feel slightly moist when they arrive, is that normal?
Yes, completely normal. That light moisture means the wood is still absorbing the infused aromas, it’s part of what makes them taste so good.
The flavor isn’t as strong as I expected, what can I do?
Since our toothpicks are infused with natural flavors, slight variations in strength can occur. Try lightly chewing or pressing on the pick to release more of the infused oils and aroma.
For best results, keep the tube sealed when not in use, air exposure can weaken the flavor over time.

How can I track my order?
If you selected a tracked shipping method, you’ll find your tracking link in your confirmation email.
- UK orders: Track via [Royal Mail Tracking]

If you chose untracked shipping, we unfortunately can’t provide updates.
Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?
Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours. If there’s no movement for more than 72 hours, your courier may be experiencing delays. Check your tracking first, then reach out to the courier directly, if they can’t help, contact us and we’ll assist further.
My order never arrived, what now?
If tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, check with your neighbors or local post office.
If the package still can’t be found, please contact the shipping provider first. Once an item leaves our facility, it’s under their responsibility, but if they can’t resolve it, reach out to us and we’ll gladly help sort it out.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel it by sending an email to support@kairos.com
I was charged, but I didn’t get a confirmation email, what’s going on?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us through the website or via WhatsApp with the email you used to order, we’ll verify your purchase and resend your confirmation.
Can I return my order once it’s delivered?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns. However, if something’s wrong with your order, reach out via chat or WhatsApp, we’ll make sure to find a fair solution.
My package arrived damaged or items are missing, what should I do?
Please send us a photo of the damage or missing items, along with your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or another solution right away.
