At KAIROS GbR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return unopened products under the conditions below.

Right of Return

 

 

• You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Only unopened and sealed packages are eligible for return, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Opened packages cannot be returned or refunded.

 

 

How to Return

 

 

1. Please notify us of your return by email at alexis@customazed.com or mw@customazed.com before sending back the product.

2. Ship the unopened product(s) to the following address:

1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

 

Refunds

 

 

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.

• We cannot refund products that are opened, damaged (by the customer), or returned outside of the 14-day window.

 

 

Defective or Wrong Items

 

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at alexis@customazed.com or mw@customazed.com. In this case, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
